ADoST Pinch Valve is designed to be used with ADoST PPS and ADoST CDS machines for dispensing of Cyanoacrylate, Anaerobic, UV and 2 part epoxy adhesives. Having no wet parts, it provides practically unlimited valve life while offering repeatable performance over a long period of time. Engineered to provide high precision levels of 0.018gm and tested upto 5lac+ cycles, it is now our go to valve for dispensing of both one and two part low to medium viscous adhesives and sealants.

Dispensing of fast curing Cyanoacrylate adhesive with ADoST PPS NXT using ADoST Pinch Valve

Cyanoacrylate dispensing poses major challenges for users by causing all wet parts to clog due to quick curing of the adhesive. This demands frequent clean up and unclogging of Valve among other machine components. ADoST PPS NXT features a specially designed pinch valve that practically never comes into direct contact with the adhesive thus eliminating valve clogging. Special tubes are used that have very low impermeability and thus maximizes tube life.
