ADoST PPS
ADoST PPS consists of a range of semi-automatic dispensers for dispensing Anaerobic, UV and Cyanoacrylate adhesives in high-speed assembly lines. These are pressure pot systems for easy dispensing of bulk material up to 500ml pack size. Fluid dispensing is controlled digitally through precision ADoST Valve.
ADoST CDS
ADoST CDS are a range of semi-automatic dispensers for dispensing 400ml Cartridge system in mixing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. This benchtop dispensing unit provide repeatable doses in both bead and drop format. Fluid dispensing is controlled digitally through precision ADoST Valve.
ADoST SDS
The ADoST SDS series features advanced single-cartridge dispensing systems designed for the precise application of single-component sealants such as Silicone and PU. The manual SDS variant offers ergonomic foot-switch operation, reducing worker fatigue during dispensing. For high-speed production lines, the semi-automatic SDS PRO delivers fixed-volume dispensing as low as 0.02g, ensuring accuracy and consistency. An optional auto-purge feature minimizes material wastage and extends tube life, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
ADoST 3X-RDS1
The ADoST 3X-RDS1 Robo is a desktop robotic system designed for automated & precision dispensing of adhesives and sealants to enhance their application efficiency. This robot features a high precision control system with 3 axis (X, Y & Z) allowing flexible and controlled movement within a defined work area.
